Desert Art Pools LLC., provides all pool chemicals except the 3" floating chlorine tablets. Those are the customers responsibility to have on site for us.

Well we can fix that as well, we drain the pool and wash it often times the pool chemistry is out of balance so algae grows in the pool, if it has been like that for a while the algae can stick to the walls, so a drain and scrub is necessary. Then as we refill the pool we balance the chemicals. The chemical content of the pool is very IMPORTANT for a CRYSTAL CLEAR POOL!
Another reason a pool can need a drain. Perhaps a partial drain because that chemical balance is out of whack, we could add so many chemicals but until a partial drain is completed and fresh water is added in we can not balance the pool.

Does your tile line have calcium build up??? Unfortunately in Arizona we have hard water and that creates a calcium line on the tile. We offer tile cleaning and sealing. We come out an measure, then drain the pool about a foot or so below the tile line, send a crew in to clean and seal the tile then fill the pool back up to the normal levels.
